Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tradora platform ("Tradora", "Service", "we"). Tradora is operated by an individual based in Bursa, İnegöl 16400, Turkey.
By registering for or using Tradora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Tradora is an analytics platform that lets users describe trading strategies in plain language, converts them into structured rules using AI, and tests those strategies against historical market data (backtesting).
Tradora also provides prop firm compliance checks, performance metrics, and strategy management tools. Tradora is not a broker, investment advisor, or portfolio manager; it does not route real orders, accept funds, or provide investment advice.
2. Not Investment Advice
All content, backtest results, metrics, and assessments provided by Tradora are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclosure for details.
3. Account and Membership
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payment
Tradora offers a free plan (Apprentice) and paid subscription plans (Trader, Quant). Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider Whop; Tradora does not collect or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current period. You may cancel anytime via your Whop account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.
Refund requests are subject to Whop's refund policy. Pricing may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:
- Gaining unauthorized access or attempting to bypass security measures
- Overloading the infrastructure with automated excessive requests
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling the Service
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
- Creating unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
6. Intellectual Property
The Tradora brand, logo, software, design, and content belong to Tradora and are protected by intellectual property law. Strategy definitions you create belong to you; however, you grant us a limited license to process them so we can provide the Service.
7. Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Backtest results rely on third-party market data sources and may contain delays, gaps, or errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or trading losses) arising from use of the Service.
Tradora's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, the competent courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
