KVKK Disclosure (Turkish Data Protection)

This Disclosure is prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Tradora (an individual business based in Bursa, İnegöl 16400, Turkey) acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The personal data processed includes: identity and contact data (email address, display name), transaction data (strategies you create, backtest results), customer transaction data (subscription status), and transaction security data (IP address, session information).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to: carry out membership operations, provide the Service, manage subscription and payment processes, handle support requests, ensure information security, and fulfill legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Pursuant to KVKK Article 5, your personal data is processed based on: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

To provide the Service, your personal data may be shared with domestic and international vendors from whom we receive hosting, authentication, payment, and AI processing services (Supabase, Vercel, Whop, Anthropic, OKX), within the conditions set out by KVKK.

6. Method of Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the website and application, via account creation, use of the Service, and your communication with us.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed
  • To request information if it has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • To request deletion or destruction within the conditions of the law
  • To request that correction, deletion, and destruction be notified to third parties
  • To object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
  • To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. Application Method

To exercise the rights above, you may submit your requests to privacy@tradora.app. Your applications will be evaluated and concluded within the periods stipulated by KVKK.
